This is a simple, delicious and healthy sauce that you can add to any sweet breakfast dish, such as French toast, pancakes, waffles or crepes. All you do is throw a bag or two of frozen berries of choice (I like a mix of blueberries and raspberries) into a small pot, and coat with about a tablespoon of arrowroot powder per bag (if you don’t have arrowroot powder on hand, it should still turn out great without it, it will just be thinner. You can also use cornstarch.). Stir to coat all berries with the powder. Add a few tablespoons of maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want the sauce), and cook over medium low heat. Once boiling, lower heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
